About The Property

We are fully licensed meeting BC’s Class 8 zoning (BC Short-Term Rental Registry Number: H728939794) for “overnight commercial accommodation offered predominantly to facilitate outdoor recreational activity.”

Escape to a luxurious, private 2.5 acre oasis with panoramic views of Skaha Lake and the surrounding mountains. Just 10 minutes from Penticton and 8 minutes from Okanagan Falls, our spacious 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home is perfect for large groups, retreats, and outdoor adventure lovers.

Hunting, mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, rock-climbing, wildlife viewing, and more. Our founder Curt spent decades guiding big game hunting trips across BC and the Yukon. His legacy is part of what makes Skaha Vista so unique.

  • "Went to the area to rock climb, and this location was awesome. Only 15 minutes to the crags, 20 from restaurants and shopping, yet pleasantly secluded and quiet. House was perfect for our party of 8. Had wonderful amenities like hot tub, game room, bbq etc. well stocked with all the basics too like ample tissues, napkins, tp , towels etc. Just bring your own shampoo and bath products which isn’t a negative, just wanted folks aware. Our house caretaker had great communication and met us on arrival. She was helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I climb here again."

We stayed for a wedding we were attending at See Ya Later Ranch, and could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay: just a few minutes drive from the core of Okanagan Falls; large rooms with ensuites (which made preparing for the wedding a breeze); very kid friendly with a high chair and crib available; huge deck and BBQ, massive kitchen, gorgeous views.
